Facilitation and Thought Partnership

Jo creates interventions examining vision, values and culture of organisations, with particular focus on the implications for their people.  Past sessions have included debate on corporate values, marketplace identity and reputation.

 Leadership Capability Development

The High Potential Leadership programme is an example of work Jo undertakes to design and deliver targeted capability building for next generation leaders. Jo’s programmes empower future leaders to explore their critical leadership traits, enabling them to target areas for growth.  The experiences give participants the time for personal reflection and allow them to build awareness and commitment to enhanced leadership behaviours.

Functional Capability Development

Jo works with organisations to identify the capabilities required to deliver their current and future vision, using diagnostic tools and techniques to establish specific needs. She also designs and develops recruitment and training programmes to fulfil those needs.
