Oil and Gas Sector
The client engaged Jo to help them develop a Global Talent Strategy, bringing together disparate geographic initiatives into a consistent and common approach that was rolled out across the business. Jo facilitated a global team of 15 executives to develop the strategy, and supported the roll out across the geographic leadership teams
Media Sector
Jo designed and developed a leadership programme for High Potential executives within this media organisation. The brief was to create a new inspirational programme, allowing individuals to shine brighter and in turn, inspire their own teams. The programme was followed by four cohorts of twenty executives across all parts of the business.
Health Sector
The business wanted to increase the positive impact of its HR function on the rest of the organisation. Jo designed and developed a programme building functional and behavioural skills for HR professionals, which she co- delivered across Europe to over 200 people, through a series of three training events in different locations
