Jo has over 25 years of experience working in multinationals including Marks and Spencer, Diageo and Belron International, operating at Board level across all disciplines of Human Resource Management.  She is an Executive Coach with expertise in Leadership Development, Capability Building, and Change Management.  She has been the Managing Director of two successful recruitment consultancies, with experience both in the graduate recruitment market and in facilitating boutique, middle management placements.

In 2012, Jo established JWC Consultancy, using her wealth of knowledge and expertise to coach and develop individual clients, teams and organisations. She has worked for global organisations such as BP, Discovery and Amgen as well as medium SME’s across a range of industries including technology agencies, global consultancies, executive search and the charitable sector. She specialises in tailored programmes, typically delivered over a three to twelve month period, to help clients move to the next level of success.

In 2017, Jo launched a unique coaching programme for young adults aged between 16 and 21 years old. This was inspired by her curiosity and passion for human development and how young adults benefit from establishing greater self awareness and appreciation of all that they are.

Jo has a BSc. in Institutional Management and is a qualified executive coach through The Henley Business School.  She is experienced in the use of a range of psychometric tools, including Myers Briggs and Firo B.  Her coaching approach harnesses a number of other techniques, including use of strength finder tools, team culture indicators, conflict resolution systems and transactional analysis.
